TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS!!  
 

Advance Tickets is an independent ticket broker in the business of buying, selling & trading hard-to-find seats to sold out events. We have 27 years experience in the ticket brokering business. We DO NOT sell tickets for face value, nor are we affiliated with Ticketmaster or any other venue box office. All prices reflect our cost in obtaining tickets.

IMPORTANT INFO BEFORE ORDERING ONLINE!!
Tickets sold online are subject to availability. In the instance tickets are NOT available when we receive your order, we will try our best to find something else comparable. We will contact you, the cardholder, by phone (during our business hours-see below) or e-mail once we receive the order to confirm seat locations. If we are unable to reach you, the cardholder,  AND the billing address matches the shipping address AND the tickets are available; we will then consider the transaction to be final and will send the tickets via Federal Express with no further contact. We must receive address verification & credit card authorization by the credit card provider on all orders before tickets are guaranteed. If we are unable to reach you, the cardholder, AND we do not receive the proper address verification, tickets cannot be held.

If the tickets are to be sent to an address other than the billing address we do require the following info to be faxed to our office : 

Once confirmed we do require a xerox copy (front & back of credit card) along with a copy of your picture ID plus a SIGNED note of authorization. Tickets cannot be guaranteed until we receive the above information!

Orders placed after business hours will be confirmed on the next business day!

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final! There are no refunds unless a show is completely cancelled. In the event of a cancelled show, we will contact you by phone. It is the ticket purchasers responsibility to return the tickets within a timely manner in order to receive a full refund. In the event of a postponed show,  your tickets will be valid for the new date.
NO REFUNDS for postponed events.
